I'd like to follow up to see how you're doing. Is your issue resolved? Please note that the 400 – 9124 error usually occurs when credentials used are invalid. Can you please confirm if you're using valid credentials?
If you're still experiencing issues please try the steps below: Check File->Settings->SSL Settings and make sure the KeyStore and KeyStore Password are populated in Soap UI. Please perform these steps and let me know your findings.
