Re: Error on certification app

Hey @JbJopito,

To further investigate, please provide the following information:

1. End Point
2. Request Header
3. Request Body
4. Response Header (include the x-correlation-id)
5. Response Body

Using SoapUI, you can find the x-correlation-id in the Raw Tab of the response header.

Re: Error on certification app

Hi @JbJopito,

Looking at your endpoint, it shows that you are testing in the certification environment. Can you please confirm that you are, indeed, in the certification environment?

If so, please provide us with the region that you are located in so that I can have a regional Visa representative provide you with further assistance.

Re: Error on certification app

Fix the 'certificate error message' in Internet Explorer:-
Open Internet Explorer.
Click Tools icon. | Internet Options.
Click the Advanced tab.
Under "Security", de-select the following: Check for publisher's certificate revocation. Check for server certificate revocation.
Click Apply.
Click Ok.
Close and relaunch Internet Explorer.
