After submitting the Going Live request, it will get reviewed by the Visa product team. There's no specific timeline on how long it takes for the product team to review your submitted Going Live request, because the request is reviewed case by case. Once the product team approves the Going Live request, you'll be provided with a set of instructions for you to follow.

Thanks for your response. While informative, it didn't really help. I think I may have miscommunicated my ask. My application has been under review for a couple of weeks. When would be a good time to follow up with the community or the Product Team to get an update on the status of my application? Is it another couple of weeks from now, a month, a year?
I want to be able to set reasonable expectations for my client.
