VISANET ENQUIRY

HI, 

 

I am from Bulgaria, i need to get visanet account and help with integration of the same with my bank account.

 

Any help/guidance on correct path will be highly appreciated.

This platform is for the developer community, banks and merchants to build solutions with our APIs to market to their customers. It's not a solution for end users, though you are free to create an account and experiment in our sandbox.

I Understand that i have to use the API However i dont know which api to use thats what i want to know How can i find the right api and also i have sent the email  to developer team of visa but i see no response Kindly Suggest Which apii we should choose

Can you please provide me with your use case so that I can work on finding the API that best fits your use case?

Also, if you are not receiving emails from developer@visa.com, in some cases, the email might get caught in a spam filter. Please check your spam, trash, and archived folders. It could also be that your company’s firewall security could be causing the emails not to be going to your company’s email address. Besides that you can also check your proxy setting which might be blocking the email, as well.

I wish to get Visanet account approved and integrate it with my bank account. I have asked about this in detail with my bank and they say that if I can get Visanet Account from the VDP approved, they are more than happy to integrate it with my business account here in Bugaria, EUROPE.

 

Now, I am nt sure if I should go ahead with Cybersource account or VisaDirect ccount.

 

I have created different project for both the above mentioned APIs. For VisaDirect it's in review and for Cybersource it's still taking time in activating the APIs.

 

I would really appreciate if you can guide me on how Cybersource & VisaDirect actually processes payments.

The authorizations would happen through VisaNet, our electronic payments network. CyberSource is part of the Visa network.

In particular, see the top few paragraphs that are shaded in yellow that discuss the requirements to use Visa Direct.

 

After having read the documentation, if you meet those requirements, then please click through the link in those paragraphs to the Visa Direct Program Implementation Questionnaire, fill it out, and submit to the email address listed on that form.

 

Besides that, to resolve the CyberSource API activation in progress issue, please try the following steps below. 
1. Refresh browser page a couple of times
2. Refresh status
3. Delete the APIs and then add the APIs again

  • Log into your project dashboard and then on the right side click on the "Add API" button and select any other API to add. After another API is added to the project, you will now have an option to "Delete" the API that is currently not activated. Click on "Delete" and then have all un-activated APIs deleted. After that, click on the "Add API" button and re-add the APIs that you want in the project by selecting its checkbox and scrolling down to click on "Confirm Changes". Deleting and re-adding the APIs that were previously not activated, will most likely resolve the activation issue you are experiencing. You can now delete the other APIs that you do not need in this project and keep only the APIs that you need.

Hi Diana,

 

I have tried the steps to get cybersource apis activated, sadly none of them works.

 

Also, please help me with creating the right project and chosing right apis, to get the visane account approved and integrated with my bank account here in Bulgaria, Europe. The objective here is to get the visanet account approved , i don't know if i should go with visadirect or cybersource.

 

I don't wish to waste my time and the time of people at visa by creating projects that won't serve purpose.

Please tell me, I have these 2 projects and i submitted details like company registration and project information for going live. Now, next stage is certifiacation, what do i have to do there ?
