Добрый вечер хочу реализовать форму для отправки средств с карты на карту (Карту можно будет сохранить и не вводить CVV и дату )

Возможно ли это реализовать с Visa API ?

Если возможно то можно ли получить короткий урок Step to Step что мне нужно для этого ?

Per your requirement, I recommend you to use Visa Direct. You'll need to have a sponsor bank to use this API product.

Specifically, take a look at the top few paragraphs, enclosed in the box with an exclamation mark, for the requirements to use Visa Direct.

If you meet those requirements, you can email the Visa Direct Regional Mailbox that pertains to the region you are from below.
