I'm concerned about the desired API response that we are not getting(Failed to establish a backside connection
)
As it was working properly till this morning, can you please provide an update regarding the same and resolve the issue so that we can work accordingly.

Using SoapUI, you can find the x-correlation-id in the Raw Tab of the response header.
