Sandbox data for VSPS API

Hello everyone,

I am testing the VSPS API  (Visa Stop Payment Service).
There is one endpoint "Eligible Transactions" that I would like to integrate but the "transactions" returned is always an empty array. That can be explained by the fact that the example payload are outdated.
Can someone provide me with a PAN with eligible transactions in the last 18 months ?
Is there a dataset somewhere describing all the available data of the Sandbox ?
