Requested data access level [FULL] is more detailed than merchant profile level [SUMMARY], assuming

I tried calling the VisaCheckout with dataLevel = FULL like below:

function onVisaCheckoutReady() {
V.init({
apikey: "....",
settings: {dataLevel:"FULL"},
});

 

But then I got the following in the response object:

"responseStatus":{
"status":200,
"code":1017,
"severity":"WARNING",
"message":"Requested data access level [FULL] is more detailed than merchant profile level [SUMMARY], assuming the latter."
}

 

How can I use FULL in sandbox account?

I also have the same query about changing the access level to [FULL} in my profile.

 

How to make the change?

Hello, We regret to inform you that, due to human error, a player support representative accidentally also sent the information you requested to another player. We quickly recognized the mistake and followed up with the player and they confirmed that they deleted it from their local machine. We regret this error and can't apologize enough for this mistake. As a result, we've already begun making changes to our process to ensure this doesn't happen again. Thank you for understanding.
