Not Getting Response for my Go live request

Team,

We have put a request for go -live 18 days back, We are yet to get any response on that. Can someone help us from Developers team.'

I have sent them at least 50 emails. They are saying it's still in review.

Note: They said it takes 2 weeks to approve the request.

@tcbpayservers was your production request successful? I am in the exact situation as yours and would like to know a realistic timeline if you could share.

There's not defined timeline of when the Go Live request will be approved because it varies on the use case and the API product. You can also email developer@visa.com to ask for an update on your Go Live request.
