Visa Direct

Hello .

My customer  is oil and gas company located in Libya , I will propose them visa direct to pay their employee salaries , the employees locations are throughout the world , the scenario is similar to this use case "https://developer.visa.com/use-cases/card-payouts-via-erp"

would you please recommend us an acquirer bank in Libya or would you please guide us about the proper contractual way to go-live ,assume that we have no problem in technical aspects .

We do not provide a list of acquiring banks as that would constitute favoring one institution over another. Please navigate to Visa.com to learn more about acquiring here - https://usa.visa.com/run-your-business/accept-visa-payments.html. When contacting a Visa licensed acquirer, tell them you're looking for a Visa Direct acquirer because not all Visa licensed acquirers are enabled to sponsor Visa Direct programs.
