Checkout Visa - JavaScript SDK with a fixed IP

Hi ALL,

I realized that in the JavaScript SDK (https://sandbox-assets.secure.checkout.visa.com/checkout-widget/resources/js/integration/v1/sdk.js)
has a fixed IP 10.0.2.2, why does this IP exist?
If I download this JS to use in my project, can I remove this IP?
