For Payment Methods APIs to integrate with VisaNet, please refer to this link: https://developer.visa.com/apibrowser, and filter your search by selecting the Payment Methods checkbox (located on left side of page). 

For direct access to VisaNet, you can use the Visa Payments Processing (VPP) API.  VPP documentation links below.
