Is there any API by Visa that can help us create Credit/debit card numbers?

I'm new to the Visa developer community. May I please know if there is any API by visa that creates credit/debit card numbers?

Hi @Gnani,

Visa is a processor, not an issuer, and does not issue Visa debit, credit, prepaid, gift, and/or physical cards. Visa works with issuing banks to issue Visa cards. Essentially, you will need to be a licensed financial institution in order to issue cards.

However, you can use Visa Token Service APIs if you're looking for a virtual card use case.
