Which API available in Europe gives me all transaction details?

Hi,

I need as many transaction details as possible, such that relevant details can be displayed to the customer.

I have tried searching the API docs for such an API, but without any luck - note that the API must be available in Europe. The only one that has some transaction data is the notification API https://developer.visa.com/capabilities/vctc/reference#vctc__delivery_Cb, but these data are pushed, and I need to be able to pull the transaction details.

As an example, I would like to know the location of the transaction if possible, but also other details that could be relevant to show to the customer.

Thank you for your reply.
The API you mention might be the one I am looking for, unfortunately it is a restricted API, so I need to gain access to determine whether it is the appropriate API. I have just sent an email to developer@visa.com and developer-support@mail.digital.visa.com   to request access with information about our contacts at VISA - is there any way you can speed up the process for me?
