API's for Mobile Wallet/Tap-to-Pay

I am a developer looking to build a mobile app with a mobile wallet, which would allow users to tap their mobile phones on a terminal to make payments (commonly referred to as Tap-to-Pay).  
 
As such I would like to know, which api’s from Visa would be needed to accomplish this?

You can use Visa Token Service for contactless payments (Tap-to-Pay).
