Hi !

We have submitted a going live request since June and had not receive any answer. We thought that it could take a month. But 5 month after, we are still expecting a response.

I'm glad that you forwarded my query to the group that handles Promotion requests. But How many times will it takes to them for giving me a correct answer. It's been 6 months we are pending for our app be validated.

Hi @DianaTran we have received an email from the group that handles promotion requests. The mail says that "All Visa Direct programs require the originator to be a licensed Visa acquirer or be sponsored by a licensed Visa acquirer. Please complete the Visa Direct Program Implementation Questionnaire available on the VDP portal. "

We have a partner which is a visa licensed bank named UBA (United Bank of Africa). Why we can't directly speak to someone with whom we share contracts and informations about our partnership with UBA?

We want a direct contact please.
