Going Live - Certification not started

Going Live - Certification not started

On my project it details that under "Going Live", Production has been accepted. But where it says Certification this details as "Not Started".  Is there something else that needs to be done in order to start and complete the Production section?

Both myself and my developer have been in contact via this Developer@visa.com email address, we received a reply to say the query had been passed to an API specialist (Rajesh Wadhwani).  This was on the 22nd of October, and although chased there has been no response since.

 

Please can you advise the SLA for replying to customers, and how I can get this progressed as this is not acceptable.  I will also chase again by replying to the email.
