Urgent: Ongoing Issues with Going Live Request

Hello Team,

I have submitted my Going Live request, but it has been denied twice. I submitted another request on February 12, 2025, and have yet to receive a response.

I have also attempted to contact technical support multiple times, but the process is taking far too long with no resolution. This has raised concerns about whether the system is functioning as expected.

I would appreciate an urgent update on this matter. Please let me know the status of my request and what steps need to be taken to resolve this issue promptly.

I would appreciate direct assistance from an agent as soon as possible, as this delay is significantly affecting my ability to move forward.
