Hello,

I set up my account I already upload I’m done with sandman however I’m having trouble now at certificate section it says didn’t started yet I couldn’t figure out should I wait ¿? I watched videos on YouTube at Java tool section certification request. I’m having trouble it gives error I checked steps hundred time what is the problem can u help me ? Thank u

Are you wanting to promote your project from the Sandbox environment to the Certification environment? What VDP APIs does your project use?

I want to use visa net however, im having trouble. I m not able create certificate my location ın Turkey nobody knows visa net system. Can you asist me ?

Apologies for misunderstanding your inquiry- are you using auto generate CSR or uploading your own CSR?

We recommend to use auto generate CSR because it is validated at our end. If you are using own CSR, please share CSR file so we can review what is missing from that file. Screen shots of an error message and correlation ID will also be helpful for debugging.
