I have this problem and I can not solve it
Please check the following and try again. If the issue persists, please send an email to email@example.com and include the email address you registered your VDP account with, your company name, the Visa API you are submitting the Going Live request for, and the country you are from.
• Remove extra spaces.
• Do not press enter/tab in fields which might create extra space.
• Remove special character (@.) from fields that do not request special characters.
