Hey @DianaTran-Yee, we are in the same boat as the OP here, I hope it's okay to reply here instead of creating a duplicate new thread entirely.
The email associated with our application is ____ and the project name is GOLDPoint Systems Visa Direct Funding, we are told our request was approved but is awaiting the next step or something to that effect and we don't know what that step is, but it's been months and we haven't heard anything from Visa on what to do next. If you could, we'd love to have someone get in touch with us so we can get this project live.

Thank you so much @DianaTran-Yee for getting back to me! Where would I find that? It looks like the project was approved in terms of use-case but we still need to fill out the Visa Direct Program Implementation Questionnaire to become a Licensed Acquirer and I guess that's why we haven't gotten ready to go live yet. I will get that turned in and provide the PIF once we get it, but where do I find it in case we already have it?
