Our customers would like to track their credit card bills and due dates whenever they want (daily, weekly, or monthly). We aim to enable them to monitor their billing data and assist them in making payments regularly. Could you please advise us on how we can approach this? We are looking for an API of yours that our system can call to retrieve the necessary data. But if you think of a better way, please suggest us. Our goal is to provide our customers with the ability to track and manage their credit card payments effectively. Additionally, could you provide information on any associated costs? We are a startup, and obviously wants to minimize our cost.

You can use Visa Direct. Visa Direct is a peer-to-peer payment platform and is capable of handling bill payments and money transfer between cards.

My question is not about peer to peer transaction. We want our consumers to be able to check their credit card bill in our platform and then pay the bill through our platform using the banking account (Checking or Savings) they connected to our app.

If you are the merchant then you have the transaction data. If you work with the merchant or the acquirer then you will have access to the transaction data. I recommend you to reach out to your issuer bank for such arrangement. They are the one doing the settlement of transactions, therefore, they will be able to provide this data on a regular basis. Transaction data will only be available at the banks level. You can also create features to get that data from banks or store it in your APP at your end.

If you are not the merchant, or if you are not working with the merchant or acquirer, then there is not any API which will give you transaction data on debit/credit cards because the issuer/acquirer maintain that data. Please let us know if you have other questions.
