What is your use case? What are you trying to do? For a list of our API products, please go here: https://developer.visa.com/apibrowser. 

Please note,  we do have API products that work with prepaid cards but, please note, Visa is a payment process and works with issuer banks to create, load, delete a prepaid cards. We do not do that through any APIs.
