Where is the revoke option for Message Level Encryption In Cert & Prod environments?

How do I revoke existing MLE configuration for a keyId for which the privateKey is not known in the certification & production environments.

The revoke option/button is not displayed in these environments.

Thank you for following up with this. The solution required support to work their magic behind the scenes.  The issue has been resolved, allowing me to configure new certs for MLE.
