error in localhost:3000/decrypt

I'm writing to report an error I encountered while trying to decrypt "isssig" on my local development server (localhost:3000/decrypt).

When I attempt the decryption, I receive the following error message:

i've successfully implemented MLE in nodejs. if you can provide more information, i might be able to help you out on this issue, if you haven't found the solution yet.
