Credit card integrator App( Canada/ USA)

Hello Visa Community,

I am in the initial stages of developing an app that can integrate and manage credit cards from various issuers under the Visa umbrella.

I would like to understand the technical feasibility and which APIs to use for the following features:

The capability to add all credit cards to a single app and the ability to view the limit, balance, due date, due amount, and minimum due for each card.
The ability to make bill payments for each card.
The ability to make payments to merchants via the app using a selected card with two-factor authentication or OTP.

Thanks for the response, If i am not wrong all the provide API s are for credit card issuers banks except Visa direct. Will i be able to use these API s as athird party app to integarte credit card from different issure banks ?
what all process or steps are involved to get access?

Per your use case, I recommend you to use Visa Direct. Independent developers can integrate the Visa Direct API in their app and it can be used globally.
