Does the Enrol Card API allow the same card/PAN to be registered more than once?

Hi support,

I am looking to use the the Universal Card Enrolment - Enroll Card API  to get the vCardId for use in VIAP.  I would like to ask whether duplicate or multiple POST requests using the same PAN, and same cardholder details (essentially the same payload) would cause an error? Or will it return the same response with the same vCardId?

UCE enrollment is idempotent: duplicate requests to Enroll Card will return the same response with the same vCardID.
