Visa Token Service would be a good fit for a requirement of taking contactless card payments via a mobile device. We have Card-On-File" (COF) functionality available on the Portal and these are the APIs that enable provisioning and use of tokens for HCE-based contactless (NFC) payments and for in-app purchases using tokens provisioned to a mobile device. Please see the Visa Token Service documentation for more information.

You can use Visa Token Service for contactless payments. When reviewing the overview page, make sure to look at the requirements listed in the white box with the exclamation mark at the top of the page.
