I have been working on a small application using various api end points. Upon closer inspection of the docs i discovered that there is a clasue that mentions Visa Direct Apis are accessible only to Visa Issuers. Could someone direct me on how to register as an issuer or provide contact details for the department.
Would also be nice if there are api documents on how to generate new visa cards. I have schemed through most of docs but can't find reference to this.
