How to generate OPC (opaquepaymentcard) for Google Wallet?

Hi all, I am developing solution for Google Wallet, I have researched about this but I just do not find any code example for generating OPC object. I have been looking into In-App Provsioning API documentation but just mention the opc object but now how to generate it. Could you share with me the code?
