Maximun and Minimum amount with VisaNet global payments

Greetings, how are you. i am glad meet to everybody.
What is the maximum and minimum amount that can be sent and received with VisaNet global payments?

Is it also possible to send and receive dollars directly from the remittance bank account to the receiving bank account in a B2B manner rather than using a Visa card?
