Merchant listed in the Visa Card Enrollment Hub

Hi, How are you?

We are developing a solution where we want to onboard various merchants to the VCEH platform,

If the client enrollment process with the issuer is complete we would like the issuer to be able to give us a token in order to pay the relevant merchant?

Is this possible within the current  VISA ecosystem?
