Point of Sale transaction processing

We want to implement an in clinic payment processing for credit cards (Visa to start). Not sure which of the APIs is the best fit for this.

Any guidance is appreciated.

Given your use case, I recommend checking out the Visa Payments Processing API. This product enables approved Visa clients to process card or token-based payment requests for Card-Not-Present processing scenarios.
