Problems accessing developer.visa.com site

I just registered an account, But I'm having issues accessing the developer.visa.com site in general - 

usually get an error along these lines, even before logging in, on most pages. Oddly enough the community page is the only one that works.

any ideas?

Could you please try to accessing the following URLs and advise us?

Also you may first try this in a "chrome" browser although it works fine in others as well.

Could be a problem with commercial VPN
