Query ragrarding fund transfer API

Hi,
I am creating an application that needs to perform money transfers using just the credentials from a credit/debit card. (Name, CVV, Expiry date) as many online payments do. I have checked out the Visa direct push/pull transactions but that requires a lot of additional data.
Could you please suggest a suitable API for my need?
