Selling virtual tokens for future redemption by third party

Folks,

We have developed a Token which can be purchased by Business A, and redeemed thru Business B.

Business A buys the token from us (COMPANY) and gets a unique Token ID#.

Business A gives the token to one of their employees.

The employee presents the token to Business B.

Business B submits the Token ID# back to COMPANY for payment.

Is there an easy way to do this? Existing platform to tie into?
