Use case: transaction data authorized by individual card holder

I'm trying to understand which VISA API to use for the following use case:

About us

We a software product used by businesses (B2B SaaS). A small part of our product include transaction data from employees' cards, and those cards are typically controlled by their employer ('company cards') but may also be a 'personal card'.

We are not affiliated with an issuing bank, nor are we a bank or a financial institution.

Use-case

We would like to offer individual employees to give us their transaction data via VISA, i.e. authorize us to access a real-time feed of all transactions occurring on that card. I've seen such a usage from third-party providers, for example Astrada (https://docs.astrada.co/docs/getting-started-1).

But trying to understand if this data is also somehow available directly via VISA APIs?
