Visanet transaction limit

Hello, the Visanet network has a limit to process payment? Or the limit of transaction is from the gateway?

Like in Brazil we can't process payment up to 50k BRL with or without 3DS. How to process payment with high value? like 500k or more? There is any place in the World that has a bank or financial institution that process high payment value in debit or credit card?
