Re: error while creating a new project

Hi @hasemdh,

Please try again with the following troubleshooting tips to fix the issue:
• Clear the cache and cookies from your web browser and re-login at https://developer.visa.com/portal/auth/login
• Use another web browser (Google Chrome, IE, etc.)
• Try entering a Project Name using letters only
• Please limit the Project Description to 1000 characters
• Please limit invalid characters or symbols that could be causing this error
• Please select at least one API by check marking a checkbox
• Select the option ‘Generate a CSR for me (default)’

If you've tried all these troubleshooting tips and the problem persists, if there are invalid characters getting into the Visa Developer Portal then that could also be the root cause of the issue if you have accent characters in your name. Our Visa Online portal allows those characters, however, the Visa Developer Portal could give error.

If the issue is fixed, please let us know.

If the issue persists, please send the screenshot of the error and the Correlation ID. Below are the steps to get the Correlation ID using a Google Chrome browser.
1>Open Chrome menu.
2>Click on More tools then Developer tools.
3>Check the box to Preserve Log for the Network Tab.
4>Click on the error and go to the Headers.
5>You can find the Correlation ID in the network log.

Thanks,

Tee
