visa OUTBOUND AND ENCRYPTION KEYS tab disappears

Hi There

I have created a Visa Checkout project in the developers centre, configured an encryption key and made the basic example work.

However, after I run one payment, the OUTBOUND AND ENCRYPTION KEYS tab disappears from the configuration options in the project? 

Is that right?
