Bill Payment API

Hello we are looking to partner with Visa on providing bill payment services to our customers. Our app currently allows customers to pay their routine daily household bills like phone and other utilities.  This partnership with Visa would allow customers to pay their visa bills through our platform along with the other household bills. 

I would appreciate your help with identifying with solution (API) is available to allow for this
