Partnering With Visa To Create An Online Bank

Good day,

I have a startup idea for an entirely online bank and I'd like to partner with VISA to create virtual cards that allow users to transact through the phones at various pay points using NFC and withdraw funds at any supported Visa ATMs. 

Where can I start learning about how VISA can support me in this regard?

Hi @Sakhile_Mamba,

Visa assigns the BID to its clients. To receive a BID, you'll have to become a Visa client by creating a project, submitting the project for review and once the project is approved then VISA will assign the BID to you.
