API for dispute management

Hello Visa team,

I would like to request access to an API in order to manage chargebacks. (create dispute, represent it and go through arbitration process...)

(VROL API); is there an API that covers this? if yes can you kindly provide the link.

Visa Resolve Online (VROL) is the best product for your use case; it is a global dispute processing service developed to provide faster and more efficient access to vital information regarding Visa transactions. Documents for VROL can be found on Visa Online.

There is also Order Insight for sellers and resellers, which enables Visa merchants the ability to respond to cardholder inquiries regarding potential disputes by providing relevant supplemental merchant info. This product is now a Verifi hosted product, so please reach out to Verifi at support@verifi.com for more information.

Thanks for your reply, since you say I need to go through VOL, this means that there is no open API to develop / test with ? Like what Mastercard has?

Hi @nslimanii, 

Sorry for the confusion, VROL is a platform, not an API, so it is not housed on Visa Developer Platform, as opposed to Mastercard's API solution that is available on their developer platform.

Please go to Visa Online to access information about VROL. We do not have a VROL API on the Visa Developer Portal. For a list of our API products, please go here. For your specific use case, you can use Order Insight or Visa Stop Payment Service which is an API product listed on our Visa Developer Portal.
