Documentation webiste is broken

Hi,

The documentation website is broken. Tabs containg details and code examples don't work. I tired on multiple browsers and devices.

An example is https://developer.visa.com/capabilities/visa-secure-remote-commerce/uctp-integration-overview

Clicking on the tabs of the "Uses cases" and "Cardholder authentication methods" sections doesn't do anything.

Regards,

Giovanni

Re: Documentation webiste is broken

Hey @giodas,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. It appears that there are problems with the functionality of the documentation website on the Visa Developer Platform, specifically with the tabs under the "Use Cases" and "Cardholder Authentication Methods" sections not working.

To address this issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes cached data can cause issues with website functionality. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try accessing the site again.

2. Disable Browser Extensions: Browser extensions, especially those related to content blocking or security, can sometimes interfere with website functionality. Try disabling extensions and refreshing the page.

3. Try a Different Network: Occasionally, network-related issues can affect website performance. Try accessing the documentation from a different network to check if the issue persists.

4. Use Developer Tools: If you are familiar with browser developer tools, open the console to check for any error messages that might provide more insight into the problem.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, the problem might be on the server-side. In that case, it would be best to report the issue directly to Visa Developer support for further investigation. Here’s how you can contact them:

1. Contact Support: Use the "Contact Support" option available on the Visa Developer Platform to report the issue.
2. Provide Details: Include detailed information about the issue, such as the exact URL, the browser and device you are using, and any error messages displayed in the browser console.

Thanks,

Diana
