Merchant seach in UK and EU - what is meant by "limited availability"

We are busy onboarding with Visa and require some more explanation as to what is the limited availability of the Merchant search.

It is not clear from the documentation or availabilty matrix as to what that implies.

Please can you elaborate on what is or is not availiable with regards to Merchant search in our region.

Limited Availability of Merchant Search refers to this API product being available in Europe, however, it's only available in select countries.
