In regards to Visa Resolve Online, there's a specification on how this works in our MTE2 test environment. If you have access to Visa Online, you can download the specification by logging on Visa Online at: https://www.visaonline.com/login/LoginMain.aspx 

 Here is the specification download link: Real-Time Systems Interface Technical Suite - Rel 18.2 

If you do not have access to Visa Online, you can request access by clicking ‘Enroll Today’. Once you submit the request, a Visa Online representative will contact you directly.

After you've logged into Visa Online, please navigate to this Feedback / Support link: https://secure.visaonline.com/SitePages/Content.aspx?pageid=5.4.1.6.0  

Then scroll down to Request General Information about Visa Products and Services to send an email to your regional office. You can ask the regional office about this document.
