Hi @eliecheckbook, 

Are you referring to an API contract agreement? This contract is provided during the Going Live process when you decide to push your VDP Project to Production.

sorry I don't know API contract Agreement, if I understand correctly in the VDP project << going live >> at the end can I get the issuer numbers validated by visa or what will happen? sorry i am looking at the sheet and maybe you have an idea about this
