Hey @arthur,
Can you please let us know why you have no positive solutions based on the code that I had provided to you on November 4th? Please provide as much details as possible.
Also, if the error persists, please provide the following information so we can troubleshoot the issue:
1. End Point
2. Request Header
3. Request Body
4. Response Header (include the x-correlation-id)
5. Response Body
Using SoapUI, you can find the x-correlation-id in the Raw Tab of the response header.
Hey @arthur,
Additionally, the engineering team will get the PHP environment up and running so that the engineering team can better fix the current sample code as we wait for you to provide client information.
Hey @arthur,
We're still working to resolve your issue. Besides that, you had asked if there is any direct api to get the currency conversion like - https://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/convert/?Amount=1&From=MYR&To=INR
Can you please provide us with a description of what it is that you're trying to do? For currency conversion, we have FX Rates and you can code your app to what it is that you're trying to do.

Hi Diana,
Using your tool it works. But
The problem is we are trying with PHP Script. Do you have any working script for PHP from your end.
If so please provide us so that we will check and get back to you.
In the mean while please click the link and you will see 400 error message.

Hey @arthur,
We took a look by setting up the PHP client code for FX-api. The test cases pass with 200 status code (attaching the screenshot below).
From the error code shared above it looks like you are forming the request incorrectly. I'd like to redirect you to take a look at the documentation/API reference page of FX-api for better understanding of the payload structure.
Here's the documentation link: https://developer.visa.com/capabilities/foreign_exchange/reference
Please test again and share your results with us.
Hey @Arthur,
Can you please let us know if this issue is resolved and if we can close your case?
