I met problems when testing the Visa checkout on Sandbox.
I noticed there might be an update within 2 weeks, since our automation tests start to fail from then.
Problem 1 : I created an test account on https://sandbox.secure.checkout.visa.com/account. Set up the test credit card there. ( I am using 4444333322221111 which is the standard test card ). Everything looks fine on the sandbox portal.
But during the test, when I tried to sign in the same user form Visa Checkout UI, it always gives me the hint "Additional information is needed before you can use this card." . When I click the link to edit the card, after fill in Security Code, click Update Button, it either no response, or complains "Invalid Security Code"
Problem 2: occasionally , the sign in page would ask me to input a one-time code, which though will be sent to my personal inbox, but I won't be able to use it in automation tests.
So I am stuck at this steps for several days. If you need my test account, I could share the credentials.
Can someone please suggest what should I do? or give me a test card number that Visa checkout recognize?
Thanks

Hi nimenkanne,
Please submit this query to developer@visa.com so that someone can connect you to the VCO team to investigate the issue more thoroughly.
Primarily, you are asking about Visa Checkout Test Consumer Accounts but the automation question you have asked suggests that you are attempting to process transactions in automation tests, which is a manner that is not appropriate for Visa Checkout.
Hi @nimenkanne,
Thanks for sharing your solution with us!
Diana, thank you for the support, much appreacited
