VMSS API gives - API003 - Backend Error - Orchestration couldn't complete error

Hi Team,

I am trying to test the Visa Merchant Screening Service API.  The endpoint we are using is:

https://sandbox.api.visa.com/vmss/v2/searchTerminatedRequest

The Https Response error code is 500 .

The correlation id is mentioned below:

X-CORRELATION-ID

1691134086_969_548886182_-5c8c48b66v_VDP_WS

The response in text format is:

Hi @Malvika,

I conducted a sandbox test today and got a successful request/response payload using the Visa Developer Center Playground tool. Please review my request/response result in the attached text file and try again.
